Due to the perishable nature of our artisan vegan cheeses, we cannot accept returns once a shipment has left our facility. However, if your order arrives damaged or spoiled, we are committed to making it right through a replacement or store credit.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Delivery
Upon arrival, immediately check the temperature and condition of your cheeses to ensure they are cool to the touch and the vacuum seals are intact.
- 2.Document Issues
If there are any discrepancies or damages, take clear photos of the products and the shipping label within 24 hours of delivery.
- 3.Contact Support
Email our Rebel Care team at [email protected] with your order number and the photos of the affected items.
- 4.Resolution Process
Our team will review your claim within 2 business days to issue a complimentary replacement shipment or a refund to your original payment method.
